Accessibility Statement
IEC is committed to accessible digital experiences and works toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA support across its public website, account surfaces, and government-facing service delivery.
1ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
IEC Tech Inc. is committed to making its website and digital experiences accessible to a broad range of users, including people with disabilities. Our working target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
This commitment applies to IEC's public marketing routes, legal pages, course and service pages, account flows, and other user-facing digital surfaces we control directly.
2MEASURES WE TAKE
Semantic structure
We use semantic HTML, heading hierarchy, form labels, and explicit structure to support assistive technologies and predictable page navigation.
Keyboard access
We work to preserve keyboard navigation, visible focus behavior, and accessible interaction states across public and authenticated experiences.
- Color-contrast review on dark and light surfaces.
- Screen reader support through labels, landmarks, and descriptive control text.
- Responsive layouts that preserve readability across desktop and mobile devices.
- Ongoing audits and remediation work as pages, components, and flows evolve.
3SECTION 508 AND GOVERNMENT WORK
Because IEC performs government-contracting and public-sector delivery work, we also design and review digital experiences with Section 508 expectations in mind where those requirements are relevant to the engagement, client, or procurement context.
Section 508 obligations may vary by project scope, platform ownership, and customer environment, but IEC treats accessibility as a delivery requirement rather than a cosmetic afterthought.
4HOW TO REQUEST HELP OR REPORT AN ISSUE
If you need an accommodation, encounter an accessibility barrier, or want to report a problem, email support@iectechinc.com with the subject line Accessibility.
- Include the page URL or feature name.
- Describe the issue and the assistive technology or device involved, if relevant.
- Tell us if you need an alternative format, accommodation, or callback.
5REMEDIATION TIMELINE
IEC will investigate confirmed accessibility issues and work to remediate them within 30 business days where the fix is within our control.
Some issues may require third-party platform changes, vendor fixes, or larger implementation work. When that happens, we will communicate the limitation and the next available workaround or plan.
