These Terms govern your use of IEC's website, technology services, training programs, government-contracting operations, account tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

    Effective: April 21, 2026Last updated: April 21, 2026

    Please read these Terms carefully

By creating an account, enrolling in a service, purchasing access, or using IEC's platform, you agree to these Terms and to the related documents linked from this page.

    1
    ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

These Terms apply to iectechinc.com, IEC-operated account tools, commercial and government-client service delivery, bootcamps, corporate training, support workflows, and AI-assisted services made available by IEC Tech Inc. ("IEC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using those services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use IEC services on behalf of a company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    2
    SERVICES AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide accurate account, enrollment, and payment information.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and security devices.
    • Use IEC services only for lawful, authorized, and educational or business purposes.
    • Remain responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

IEC may modify, improve, suspend, or retire features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or in every jurisdiction.

    3
    PAYMENTS, SCHEDULING, AND PURCHASED SERVICES

Fees, schedules, seat counts, and service scope are controlled by the checkout, invoice, enrollment flow, or written offer associated with your purchase. Those purchase-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms for that transaction.

Unless IEC states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different outcome, charges for reserved or delivered services are non-refundable. Any refund exception must be approved by IEC and may be processed through the billing tools we control.

    4
    ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse IEC's platform, content, or AI systems. Prohibited conduct includes:

    • Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass our AI pipelines or security controls.
    • Scraping or bulk-copying IEC-owned articles, course material, videos, transcripts, or AI-generated pages for use in training third-party AI systems.
    • Submitting automated or high-volume requests to AI Concierge without IEC's written approval.
    • Using IEC services to infringe rights, break the law, or interfere with another user's access.

IEC may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or threatens security, integrity, or the rights of others.

    5
    LICENSE TO YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit to IEC, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. You grant IEC a non-exclusive, revocable-for-future-use license to host, process, analyze, and use submitted project work, AI Project Chat inputs, coursework, and testimonials for service delivery, support, security review, and product improvement.

IEC will not publish identifiable project data, testimonial material, or derivative marketing content from your submissions without a separate written release when one is required.

    6
    COHORT RECORDING TERMS

Attendance in a live cohort session constitutes consent to recording for internal instructor quality assurance and your own replay access. Marketing or derivative use of a recording requires a separate written opt-in release.

If you prefer not to appear or be heard in a recorded session, you may participate silently with your camera off and microphone muted. Recording-specific rights and withdrawal options are also described in the Privacy Policy.

    7
    AI-ASSISTED SERVICES DISCLAIMER

AI Concierge, AI Project Chat, AI Orchestrator, and future IEC AI agents provide best-effort assistance only. Their outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

IEC's AI outputs are not legal, medical, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing output and for any decision you make based on it.

    8
    AUTONOMOUS AGENT ACTIONS

By using IEC's platform, you authorize IEC's AI systems to perform account-helping operational actions such as sending transactional emails, scheduling cohort sessions, issuing certificates, and drafting support replies for human review.

Content published by IEC's autonomous marketing system flows through registered developer applications: IEC Social OS on TikTok, IEC Tech Marketing on Meta platforms, IEC Social OS on LinkedIn, and IEC Growth OS on Google and YouTube when that integration is activated. We limit each application's scope to what is required for IEC's stated publishing and analytics use cases.

Any action with a material money effect or irreversible account effect, including purchases, refunds, and account deletions, requires explicit confirmation by you or an authorized IEC human operator before execution.

    9
    DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IEC services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. IEC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, certification outcomes, hiring outcomes, or business results from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. IEC's aggregate liability for a claim arising from a specific paid service will not exceed the amount you paid IEC for that service.

    10
    DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Before either party initiates arbitration or litigation, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days by emailing support@iectechinc.com and describing the dispute in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Unless a non-waivable law requires a different forum, venue for litigation or the seat of arbitration will be Prince William County, Virginia.
