    1
    SCOPE OF THIS NOTICE

This Cookie Notice explains how IEC Tech Inc. uses cookies and similar browser-resident technologies on `iectechinc.com`, related public routes, enrollment flows, and authenticated account surfaces.

This notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains the broader data practices behind these technologies.

    2
COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE WE USE

    2.1 Essential site cookies

IEC uses first-party cookies that are necessary for core site operation, including keeping the application stable, preserving safe navigation states, and maintaining basic interface behavior.

    2.2 Session and authentication cookies

When you sign in or move through protected account flows, IEC uses session and authentication cookies or equivalent first-party session tokens so the site can recognize your authenticated state, maintain access continuity, and prevent accidental sign-outs mid-flow.

    2.3 Security and CSRF protections

IEC uses security-related cookies and request-validation mechanisms to help prevent CSRF abuse, protect forms, support safe sign-in behavior, and reduce fraud or automated misuse.

    2.4 Similar browser storage

Some IEC flows also use first-party `localStorage` or `sessionStorage` instead of cookies for items such as enrollment resume state, OAuth redirect continuity, account UI preferences, and temporary session-specific product settings. These browser storage mechanisms are not used for cross-site advertising or third-party tracking.

    3
    WHAT WE DO NOT USE

IEC does not currently use marketing, remarketing, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on its public website.

We do not deploy cross-site advertising pixels or behavior-tracking cookies for campaign retargeting. If IEC later introduces non-essential cookies, we will update this notice before those technologies go live.

    4
    HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES

Most browsers let you review, clear, block, or limit cookies and site storage through browser settings. You can also use private browsing modes or clear stored site data directly from your browser's site-controls panel.

    • Review browser settings for cookies, site data, and saved permissions.
    • Delete stored IEC cookies or site data if you want to reset sign-in or form state.
    • Be aware that blocking essential cookies may break sign-in, account actions, or enrollment flows.
