Terms of Use for IEC Tech ChatGPT Plugins

Site Check is a free, read only tool. It fetches the public page at the address you give, measures what is there, and returns a plain language fix list. It does not change your website, your accounts or anything else. It does not sign you up for anything.

Use the plugin only to check websites that are public, and that you own, manage or have permission to look at.

Do not use it to overload, probe or attack a website, or to run automated bulk checks. Rate limits apply.

Do not type personal information, passwords or payment details into the plugin.

Do not try to reach private, internal or local addresses through it. The plugin refuses them.

Results describe what the checker measured on one page at that moment, using simple rules. They are a starting point, not professional advice and not a promise that your site will rank or appear in any search engine or AI assistant. Search engines change their rules often. Check important changes with a qualified person before making them.

Detection of phone numbers, addresses and business names uses plain text patterns. Information that only appears inside an image or behind a script may be reported as missing.

We may change, pause or withdraw a plugin at any time, including to fix problems or to meet platform rules. We may limit use that strains the service.

The plugin is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, IEC Tech Inc. is not liable for any loss that comes from using the plugin or acting on its results. If a court finds that we are liable despite this, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.

OpenAI's terms apply to your use of ChatGPT itself. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
